These are sample guesthouse policies and can be adjusted before publishing.
Booking policy
- A 50% deposit is required to secure and confirm a booking.
- The remaining balance is due no later than check-in, unless otherwise arranged in writing.
- Check-in is from 14:00 to 19:00. Late arrivals must be arranged in advance.
- Check-out is by 10:00. Late check-out is subject to availability and may carry a fee.
- A valid ID may be requested at check-in. Guests are responsible for damage beyond normal wear.
Cancellation & refund policy
- 14 days or more before arrival: deposit refunded less a 10% administration fee.
- 7–13 days before arrival: 50% of the deposit is refundable.
- Less than 7 days before arrival: the deposit is non-refundable.
- No-shows and early departures are non-refundable.
- Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
House rules
- Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 07:00.
- No smoking inside rooms. A designated outdoor area is available.
- Only registered guests may stay overnight.
- Pets are allowed only by prior arrangement.
- Please respect shared spaces, staff and neighbouring guests.
